Q: My Toy isn't working?
A: Make sure the batteries are fully charged, and the batteries have been
inserted correctly.
Q: My High Joy Enabled® toy is working standalone, but not through my
computer.
A: If you encounter this issue, try the following:

It is possible your toy has not been properly authenticated. You can
authenticate your toy at www.highjoy.com.

If your toy has more than one serial port, try switching the port, and reboot
your computer.

If you've tried steps 1 and 2, and you toy still doesn't work, call customer
service.
Q: My computer doesn't have a serial port.
A: If your computer doesn't have a Serial port, it will have a USB port. You
can purchase a compatible Serial to USB adaptor online at the HighJoy.com
Online Store.
Q: I've tried everything, and I can't get my toy to work?
A: If you're toy doesn't work, and you've tried everything above, call customer
service. As long as you're with in the warranty period, you can return your
toy.
Q: What are the minimum computer requirements I need to operate my High Joy
Enabled® Product?
A: The minimum computer requirements are: Windows® SE or later IE 5.0 or later
Q: Is it safe to use a toy on my body that is connected to my computer?
A: High Joy Enabled® products are not connected to your computer as a power
source. The cable connected to your computer is only transferring data. High
Joy Enabled® toys are powered by batteries; just like the leading stand-alone
products on the market today. In addition, all products are CE approved.
Q: Can I really control someone else's pleasure and have mine controlled
over the Internet?
A: YES
Q: How will my product purchase appear as a charge on my credit card?
A: You will see a charge from HJP.
Q: How do I "Authenticate my Toy"?
A: Your toy can be authenticated one of two ways: 1. Insert the product CD
included with your High Joy Enabled® Toy, and following the easy steps. 2. Go
to www.highjoy.com and select the "Authenticate your Toy Now" button and follow
the easy steps.
